Virgin Atlantic to Reduce its UK-Orlando Schedule in 2023

The British carrier has cut Belfast completely and reduces its schedule from Edinburgh, Manchester and London Heathrow.

The airline will delay its Edinburgh-Orlando flights and re-commence on the 21st of June instead of the 1st of April.

Virgin Atlantic also confirmed that the number of flights to Orlando in May and June would reduce to 11 weekly, down from 14 flights weekly from London Heathrow. Manchester will also run Daily instead of eleven flights weekly during the same period.

Belfast has now been completely removed from the summer schedule in 2023.

In some good news, London Heathrow to Miami will see an increased frequency going up to 10x Weekly from 7x Weekly.

A spokesman for the airline has said:

“As customer demand continues to return strongly after the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re making adjustments to upcoming flying schedules to support the ramp-up of our operation and to reflect changes in customer demand outlook.”
