Magic Kingdom Extended Evening Hours in September and October Removed

Not good news if you're staying at a Deluxe or other Selected Hotels

Walt Disney World Resort has updated its operating calendar, and the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours scheduled for late September and October have been removed from the calendar.

The perk of Extended Evening Theme Park Hours is given to guests staying at select Walt Disney World and affiliate hotels.

Currently, the updated calendar shows hours through the 16th of October, with only Magic Kingdom having Extended Evening Hours on the 6th, 13th and 20th of September. No other dates for Extended Evening Hours are listed beyond these dates.

While there is no reason given for the removal of the perk for September and October, it is likely due to the after-hours Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

It is possible that Extended Evening Theme Park Hours will return to Magic Kingdom once Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has ended, but until the operating calendar is extended into November, we will not know. Even though Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are not available at Magic Kingdom, guests can still enjoy the perk at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios.
