Disney Genie+ Hits Record Price as Park Attendance Surges for Christmas Week

The Price of Genie+ has nearly tripled since it was launched in October 2021

Disney Genie+, which allows visitors to access former FastPass lines at select attractions via the Lightning Lane, has seen a significant price increase since its initial launch. Initially priced at $15, the Multi-Park option has now reached a whopping $39.

As of 23rd December 2023, Magic Kingdom and the Multi-Park option will cost visitors $39, $4 more than the previous record Genie+ high of $35 set in April 2022. Meanwhile, Disney's Animal Kingdom Genie+ price is now $29, compared to its previous high of $25. Disney's Hollywood Studios is $35, up from the previous high of $32. Finally, EPCOT is now priced at $32, up from $28.

These new prices will likely remain effective until New Year's Day this week. Moreover, pricing is set each day and not published in advance.

It's also worth noting that certain headline attractions are not part of Genie+. Therefore, Lightning Lane access at those attractions requires an Individual Attraction purchase, which varies in price. It's worth noting that individual Lightning Lane attraction purchases remain at their maximum levels but have stayed the same in price alongside the Genie+ price hike.
