Park Hopping to Return to Walt Disney World next year

The current system only allows guests to park hop from 2pm

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, Disney World has been implementing park hopping restrictions to ensure the safety of all guests.

However, Disney has announced today that starting January 9th, 2024, all-day park hopping will be permitted. This means that individuals with a park ticket with Park Hopper or an Annual Pass will have the freedom to visit any other theme park during park hours.

This exciting news comes as a relief to many guests who were not fond of the previous 2 PM park hopping rule. Disney has also declared earlier this year that park pass reservations will not be necessary for most guests in 2024.

Disney Said the following:

"On days when theme park reservations are necessary for Annual Passholders and some non-dated tickets, they will have the option to take advantage of the updates to Park Hopper access after visiting their first park."

This change in policy is expected to greatly enhance the overall guest experience at Disney World and provide more flexibility for guests to explore the various theme parks at their own pace.
