Update: Blizzard Beach to Open on the 6th November 2023.

Disney's Blizzard Beach water park is all set to open soon, and it's perfect timing for the Christmas holidays. Although Disney has yet to confirm an actual opening date,  the park will open on the 6th of November.

Blizzard Beach offers guests a unique water park experience that combines winter and water themes. From snow-capped mountains to thrilling water slides, there's something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind destination. With attractions like the Summit Plummet, a 120-foot-tall water slide, and the Ski Patrol Training Camp, a fun-filled obstacle course.

On the Walt Disney World Website, the waterpark will offer special Christmas-themed experiences, such as daily "snowfall" and an opportunity to meet Santa Claus in the middle of a winter wonderland theme park.

The park was previously open from November 2022 to March 2023 and had a brand new "Frozen" theme in the main wave pool area.

Meanwhile, Typhoon Lagoon is expected to close for the winter season, with its last day of operation on the 4th of November. It's common for Disney's water parks to close annually for refurbishment, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, both have been closed at different times.

No time frames have been set for when Typhoon Lagoon will re-open. But we will let you know as soon as we hear anything!
