Brightline & Mears Connect announce exciting new Partnership

The Partnership will make booking tickets from South Florida to Disney World a breeze!

Brightline has recently partnered with Mears Transportation to enhance their door-to-door booking service. This collaboration will allow passengers to plan and reserve their entire journey through a single transaction without any hassle. As a result of this partnership, Mears Transportation will offer the "Shared Connect Shuttle" and "Luxury Private Ride" services to transport guests between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World Resort.

If you're coming from South Florida and heading to Walt Disney World. You can now buy a ticket that covers your train ride on Brightline and your transportation to your final destination with Mears Connect. This means you won't have to worry about buying separate tickets. Just book one ticket and you're good to go!

"Last mile connectivity is an integral piece of the travel experience for our guests, Mears is the respected transportation leader in Central Florida and will be a valuable partner delivering our Brightline+ service in Orlando," said Michael Lefevre, vice president of operations for Brightline. "Mears Transportation is familiar to Orlando travellers and a brand that aligns seamlessly with the level of hospitality our guests know and love."
"As an Orlando-based company, we are excited to welcome Brightline to Orlando and the Brightline guests travelling to and from the Orlando Station," said Rebecca K Horton, COO – Mears Transportation Group. "What a great addition to the Orlando area, connecting people between South and Central Florida! Brightline guests will have the opportunity to use Mears Luxury & Mears Connect services, pending their destination. We are grateful for the partnership with Brightline, and our team is eager to get started."

The Brightline rail service, which connects Miami and West Palm Beach, is now offering services to five stations in the area. And starting this week, they're expanding to include Orlando International Airport. In the future, they plan to build a station near Disney Springs, which will make it easier for visitors to get to Walt Disney World Resort. They've also announced plans for a station near Universal's upcoming Epic Universe.
